We are a small home-based company offering replica Dr Who scarves, machine made, and hand finished. Our most popular is the Season 12 scarf, the one everyone knows. We can also make Season 13, 14, 15, 16 and season 18 scarves in any length you wish. The 18s are up to 20 feet long and are in a complicated pattern of stripes featuring burgundy, dark orange and red.
The scarves have been well researched, the stitch and the colours are as close to the pattern as I can find. All acrylic scarves are washable 100% nylon, and will stretch to immense lengths when gently steamed. Pure wool ones have to be hand washed. The original scarves were made from 100% wool (apart from the season 18 which was chenille), and were fairly heavy. To keep the cost down, we make ours double width, and fold them over. This is how the Today Production commercial Doctor Who scarves were made in the 1970s.
One of our scarves was featured in BBC1's 20th Century Roadshow with Alan Titchmarsh. The actual show aired on 6th June, 2005, and had a Cyberman ironing our scarf, which then came out of the original TARDIS around the neck of Chris Balcombe, a huge Who collector with the most comprehensive collection I've ever seen. We were so chuffed; the scarf performed wonderfully, of course! One of our scarves is also to feature in ITV's new 'Action Stations' programme. There's no green in it though. due to 'green screen' effects. Fantastic! So chuffed!
Our scarves have traveled as far as Russia, Australia and Japan, and to date we have sold over 800, many to very distinguished persons.

Scarves take very little time to make, and from your payment date, you should receive your scarf within one to two weeks, depending on your shipping country. This is a distinct advantage over hand knitted ones which can take from four to five weeks just to knit.
